Swirls with bacon and Roquefort

100 g of fresh cheese

For the pasta, mix the flour with the salt in a bowl and make a heap. Slightly heat the milk, melt the yeast and pour it into the centre of the fountain. Add the butter and knead everything until you get a homogeneous paste. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise at room temperature for approx. 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the roquefort with the fresh cheese. Cut the apples into cubes without peeling them. Roll out the dough and form a rectangle of approx. 5 mm thick. Spread the cheese mixture over the dough, leaving the edge free. Garnish with the slices of bacon and the diced apple. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices of approx. 3 cm. Arrange the swivels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in the center of the oven for approx. 30 minutes. Take them out and let them cool on a grill. Serve hot.
